Pay: $200–$500 per day (50% commission on service sales, plus tips). W2 employee position.
About the Opportunity
Our Newport Beach lash artist is relocating overseas, and her loyal, established clientele needs someone great to take over. This is not a "build your clientele from zero" job. You step into a book of regulars who already rebook with us, with a schedule that starts full and grows from there.

- Room to grow. Three locations (Newport Beach, Buena Park, Lakewood), with more days available as your book grows.
- A polished Westcliff Drive studio with an upscale Newport clientele.
What You'll Do
- Classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets and fills
- Lash lifts and tints (a plus)
- Consult on eye shape and lash health, and set each client's refill schedule
- Keep your book rebooked; retention drives your income
- Follow California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology sanitation standards and keep client records current
Schedule
- Saturday required (also Sunday preferred). Studio hours: Saturday 10am–7pm, Sunday 10am–6pm.
- Weekday flexibility depending on weekend availability.
Requirements
- Current California esthetician or cosmetology license
- 2+ years of professional lash extension experience
- Confident with classic, hybrid, and volume work, including handmade fans
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on keeping clients
